I have burned a bag and the amount of ash is good but do they throw off a descent amount of heat..... I bought my pellets for 216 a ton at the local farm & Fleet in the 07/08 heating season and only used 2.5 tons therefore cost was a little over $500.00. Hmmmm seems a bit better than 10 bucks Billy. If your pellet stove can use cheap high ash pellets then these pellets are for you. But if you want low ash, low fines and a hotter burning pellet then look elsewhere.
