In the fall of this year I bought 2 tons of pellets from Tri County in Trenton Ontario and they seemed fine so later on it the fall I bought another 2 tons just to make sure that I would get through the winter just in case Environment Canada was right about it being a long winter. Now the problem the first shipment of pellets were good but the second shipment were bad I mean they were really bad the length of pellets were almost 2 inches and there was a wierd smell coming from the stove. Both shipment originated at Curran the first batch was shipped in white bags and the second shipment came in a brown coloured bag. Both shipments say Curran Renewable energy. Go figure but I will see if Tri County will take back the second batch. Worth a try anyways

i bought 4 tons of Boreal pellet inc. out of amos. quebec..they are the worst pellets i have had ... they contain a lot of sawdust and i have to clean my stove every 12 hours...the amount of ash & clinkers shuts down my stove and the pellets do not slid down the chute to the auger because of the amount of sawdust.
i bought them from my local agway dealer and brought samples of the amount of sawdust in a bag.. they gave a bag of new england pellets to try and they burned beautiful with very little ash and clinkers .
the owner of this store agreed with me and has offered to take back the 2 ton i have left for the new england ones...

Thank you Nicole, To tell you the truth I'm disappointed in the pricing of this years pellets..Last year Lowes had a summer price of 259.00 a ton in bags,,,this year no discount in the ton pricing just 5.97 a bag or 300.00 per ton ...With oil at 2.00 to 2.25 a gal I find no savings in burning pellets..even last year at 259 + 15 a ton delivery i broke even...not including the cost of the stove...I hope that the increase cost of pellets is not going to kill the pellet industry like the coal businesses in the 90's when the price of oil dropped
Please pass my feelings along to your upper management ...Bill

Thank you for your interest in Lignetics Premium Wood Pellets. I have personally researched and located the closest dealer in your area.

Marlborough Ace Hardware

25 E. High St. #3-4-5

East Hampton, CT 06421-1001

(860) 267-7943

There are also sister stores to some of the Lowe’s and True Value warehouses, try checking your local Lowe’s and True Value stores and see when they will be receiving their loads from the warehouse. Also try Do-it-Best Centers and Ace Hardware stores, as well as any locally owed operations which purchase in bulk. There are also K-marts’ and Tractor Supply dealers that can be of assistance to when they will be receiving also.

If there is anything further I can help you with please feel free to contact me directly,

Thanks kindly,
